Enhancements to
NCCI’s Workers Compensation Coverage Verification (WCCV)
now include the “Track Policy” service that allows users
to be notified via email when a cancellation and
subsequent reinstatement transaction is received for a
chosen policy. The email notice sent will note a
cancellation or reinstatement and include the employer
name the user searched on, the policy number, the
coverage search date, and the cancellation or
reinstatement effective date. The option is
available from the search results page. |

Reminder to Practitioners
Pursuant to COMAR 14.09.03.04, when requesting
interpreter services attorneys are to notify the
Commission if interpreter services are no longer
required. Failure to cancel the service may result in an
assessment of fines/penalties. In addition, if there are
multiple witnesses, please state the number of witnesses
requiring interpreter services. |
