Attention
Practitioners - The Commission has modified its
procedures for requesting a VRH and submission of
Exhibits. Please discontinue emailing the exhibits to
the Commissioner prior to the hearing. Counsel will
still need to file the exhibits online and exchange the
exhibits with opposing counsel
at least 3 days prior
to the hearing. Also, ensure that the cover page
of the exhibits contains the name of counsel filing the
exhibit and a contact number where counsel may be
reached. Having a direct contact number (and not just
the firm’s main number) is essential in case the
Commissioner’s office needs to reach counsel. These
changes are effective immediately. |
