1 NOTICE - Practitioners : In an effort to make our Contact Tracing efforts more efficient, beginning immediately, the Commission will ask each attendee to use their telephone camera and scan a QR code located on counsel tables in each hearing room. The camera should automatically detect the QR code, which will take you to a Contact Tracing form. Each hearing attendee should complete this form and submit it at the start of the hearing. If you are attending multiple hearings on the same day in the same hearing location, you only need to complete the form once at the first hearing for each hearing site. Please ensure that you hit the ‘submit’ button after completing the form. The information is captured by individual and not by law firm so different attorneys from the same law firm will each need to complete the form.
