Please remember that pursuant to L&E
Article §9-724(d), a request for change of venue must be
filed within ten (10) days of the notice of hearing.
This request must be made using Commission form
H25R (Request for Action on Filed Issues). Also,
please note that the covered employee may elect to hold
the hearing in Baltimore City or in a regional hearing
location that covers the county where the employee
resided when the accidental injury or last injurious
exposure allegedly occurred.
