CompHub Support -  If you are struggling with CompHub, stop by the CompHub Support Area during the MWCEA conference on Monday or Tuesday from 10 - 12 and from 1 -3 pm. CompHub trainers will be there to answer your questions. It will be located on the other side of registration area. Each person will be limited to 20 minutes to allow the greatest number of people to participate and get some one-on-one help.
Practitioners, Please Note: In the legacy system if a case was already set for hearing, it was not Commission practice to add new issues into the system because it would set a second hearing for those new issues. The issues were filed in the claim file and the party would advise the Commissioner that the new issue were there. However, because those issues were never entered into the database, CompHub doesn’t recognize that the issues exist even though the issues are visible in Claim documents. This problem will go away when new issues are filed in CompHub and the case is already set.
In the meantime, please file a Consent Request for Document Correction asking the Commission to withdraw the issues filed on the date the issues were originally filed and list the specific issues to be withdrawn. The Commission will withdraw the issues. If you prefer to have a document on file, you may still file the Consent Request for Document Correction and ask the Commission to put the issues in line so that a Withdraw Issues may be filed. Thank you for your patience during this transitional period.
14 Attention Practitioners, Paralegals, Proxies, Insurers:
CompHub is now a month underway. We, together, with you, the community, have made great progress. The Commission appreciates the continued efforts, patience, and support that you have shown along the way.  There have been many bugs that have been fixed and that will continue to be fixed as they arise to ensure that the system provides you with the best experience.  You are doing a great job with submitting your filings through CompHub. However, there are some forms that the Commission is still receiving in paper form that should be filed in CompHub. Below are some of the forms that we are currently still receiving in paper form.
  • C-40
  • Enter/Withdraw Appearance
  • Issues
  • Statement of Wage
  • Termination of Medical and TT Benefits

Effective Monday, September 18, 2023, the Commission will no longer accept these forms in paper form.  They must be filed in CompHub.  Any forms received on this date and after, will be returned.  We thank you in advance for complying.

Under current policy, no weapons of any kind or anything that can be used as a weapon may be brought onto the Commission premises. All briefcases, backpacks, purses, etc. are subject to screening. Those with pacemakers and other implantable devices, or those who have a medical condition that should avoid screening through metal detectors should inform the security officer and they will be subject to manual screening. This includes those in wheelchairs. Only police officers will be allowed to bring their weapon onsite. All others will be required to take the item off the premises. Attorneys should notify their clients and attendees of the new screening process. Please plan to arrive a little earlier to allow sufficient time for screening. As we strive to ensure a safe and secure hearing process, the Commission appreciates your patience as we institute new measures.
Attention CompHub Users:   Some claim processes require verification by one of the Commission departments upon submission.  These documents are not available for review in the Claim Documents tab right away.  You will see them there after the department has verified the filing.  If you have pressed the submit button and no longer see the document in your inbox, it has been submitted and will be available for your review in the Claim Documents tab in the future, or you will receive notice of why you are not seeing it there (i.e., Rejected, returned for revision, etc.).  Please do not submit duplicate requests for the same process.
