MAILING ADDRESS and PRINCIPAL OFFICE:

  • The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission does not accept documents for filing via FAX (facsimile machine/server) or email (electronic mail) or email attachment.

  • Documents submitted via such means will not be received, forwarded, processed nor retained by the Commission, will not be considered to be timely filed and will not be made a part of the record in a claim.

  • All documents must be filed with the Commission at its principal office located in Baltimore City.
