The Commission will conditionally accept hand-delivered documents at the 4th floor Public Information desk. While any document presented at the information desk will be accepted, the document will only be filed in a claim if the correct form is used and the information is complete. The determination for filing will not be made at the time of submission to a Public Service staff member but will occur during initial internal processing by the Commission. Any document that is incomplete or utilizing an incorrect form will be returned by U.S. Mail.

Individuals wishing to retain a date-stamped copy of a filed document may provide a copy with the original document. As a courtesy, the Commission can date-stamp the copy.
