We welcome our new Commissioner: Commissioner Kimberly Smith Ward.
Governor Martin O’Malley appointed Kimberly Smith Ward to the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission on February 16, 2007.  She was confirmed unanimously by the State Senate on March 9, 2007.   Our new Commissioners' biographies may be viewed via this link.

We welcome our two new Commissioners: Commissioner Patricia G. Adams and Commissioner Jeffrey T. Weinberg.
Governor Martin O’Malley appointed Patricia G. Adams and Jeffrey T. Weinberg to the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission on February 16, 2007.  They were confirmed unanimously by the State Senate on March 9, 2007.  Our new Commissioners' biographies may be viewed via this link.

March 9The WCC data network will be unavailable on Friday, March 9, 2007 beginning about 4:30 p.m. for required maintenance and updates.  Affected services should be restored at or after 7 p.m.  We apologize for the inconvenience and urge our customers to prepare accordingly.
March 8ATTENTION SITE VISITORS: Beginning Friday March 16, 2007 (and each subsequent Friday after 3:00 PM) the Commission will begin posting the hearing dockets for the following week on our webpage.  This posting will be static and will not be updated after posting.
