|November 30||On October 14, 2004, the Workers' Compensation Commission proposed Regulation .30 under COMAR 14.09.01 Procedural Regulations. This action was taken at a public meeting, notice which was given by publication, pursuant to State Government Article 10-506, Annotated Code of Maryland. The proposed regulation is published in the 11/29/2004 issue of the Maryland Register. Final action on these proposed changes will be taken at a public meeting on January 27, 2005 at 9:00 A.M. on the 7th floor at the Workers' Compensation Commission, 10 E. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD. No public comments will be taken at the public meeting on January 27, 2005.

|November 17||The Medical Fee Guide Committee will resume regular meetings beginning January 2005. Meetings are scheduled 4-6 P.M. in the Executive Conference Room at 10 East Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 and are open to Committee members only, unless otherwise noted. Topics to be addressed include access to care for the injured worker and reimbursement rates for ambulatory surgical centers. Please consult this page, the

THE WCC FORM C-51 REVISED 10/2004 MUST BE USED FOR ALL SERVICES DELIVERED On/AFTER September 1, 2004 and is compliant with COMAR 14.09.03.01.
