The Commission is closed Monday, January 21, 2008 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
No telephone or email support is available.  We will open for business at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2008.

January 31Please see our Forms & Instructions page for newly revised forms: Request for Continuance or Postponement of Hearing - (WCC H28R, 01/2008), Controversion Of Medical Claim - (WCC H24M, Rev 1/2008).  The revised forms should be used effective immediately.
The Board of the Uninsured Employers' Fund has requested that the Commission decrease to 1% the assessments under Labor and Employment Article 9-1007(b).  The Board has determined that the UEF Fund Balance is adequate to meet the anticipated losses on the remaining Bethlehem Steel claims. Therefore, effective February 1, 2008, the Commission will reduce the UEF assessment rate on permanency awards, death claims and settlement claims to 1%.
January 25Attention: Recent changes in Commission printing processes may result in the receipt of duplicate Notices sent from the Commission, January 17-23, 2008.  Please note these are not corrected Notices, unless a correction is stated.  These duplicates were dispatched in diligence via the U.S. Postal Service to assure that these notifications were received by all parties in a timely manner.
January 14Our web and all related Internet-based services will be unavailable beginning 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2008.  This includes email communication, WFMS Online Services (login, forms, inquiries, etc.)  Services are scheduled to return to normal within two hours.
