Reminder: Appeals
Rules Effective 07/01/2015
Pursuant to
Maryland Rule 7-206.1 the transcript and all other
portions of the record of the proceeding before the
Commission shall not be transmitted to the circuit court
unless the court, on motion of a party or on the court’s
own initiative, enters an order requiring the
preparation and filing of all or part of the record in
accordance with the provisions of Rule 7-206 and
7-206.1(d).
1. Issue to be reviewed
on the record – must be stated in the petition for
judicial review
2. Attorney’s fees - the
requestor must serve the WCC attorney general
3. Judge’s order – signed by judge. |
