Amendments to Regulation .19 under COMAR 14.09.01
Procedural Regulations, are effective April 16, 2012.
Therefore, Agreements of Final Compromise and
Settlements submitted to the Commission for approval
shall include the date of disablement by accidental
injury or occupational disease. This information is now
required on the MDWCC form Settlement Worksheet H-07,
item #23. The new form is available for download as a
