Notice of Revision
– Forms C-24R Request to Enter Appearance of Counsel &
C-26R Request to Enter Appearance of E/I Counsel have
been revised and are available as subscriber online and
fillable > print PDF forms on our Forms and Instructions
page.
The forms now require the email address and the
cell phone number of the attorney whose appearance is
being entered in a claim. Please note that the
Commission does not accept form filing via
email/attachment or fax. Please begin using the new
forms immediately. |

Pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Act,
the Commission hereby gives notice that the
Commissioners will hold the Commissioners' meeting
scheduled for May 27, 2021 in the 3rd floor meeting room
at 10 E. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, starting
at 9:30 am. If you would like to attend this meeting,
please send an email to
Openmeeting@wcc.state.md.us no later than 2:00 pm on
Wednesday, May 26, 2021, to allow time for the
Commission to plan for social distancing for attendees
of the meeting and to provide notice of your planned
attendance to the building security. |

In accordance with improving key health metrics, the
Commission will now allow the public to drop off mail in
the Public Service area located at 10 East Baltimore
Street. You do not have to have a hearing in order to
access the building. Effective Friday, 5/21/21,
practitioners or members of the public should place
documents in the incoming mail basket located on a table
in the lobby of the fourth floor between the hours of 12
pm and 3 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
At this time, you may not wait for the documents to be
processed or to receive a stamped copy. |

Notice: In
accordance with Governor Hogan’s recent lifting of the
indoor mask mandate, visitors to Commission hearings in
all locations who are fully vaccinated do not need to
wear masks. If visitors are not vaccinated, they
should continue to wear masks. |
